On the basis of a written order, we will send you a confirmation of your event including the following terms and conditions:

Payment terms:

10% deposit 30 days before event
70% deposit 14 days before event
20% remainder to be paid after the final invoice, up to 14 days after the event

Cancellation terms:

30-15 days before event 10%
14-8 days before event 70%
7-0 days before event 100%
